- learning disability
- personality disorder
- autism
- additional support needs
- drug and alcohol use
- people under Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003
- people subject to Adult Protection
- people subject to Adults with Incapacity legislation
- unpaid Carers
- prisoners in HMPs Perth and Castle Huntly
- patients in Rohallion Secure Care Clinic
IAPK provide independent advocacy for children & young people in the following groups :
- under Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003
- learning disability
- autism
- any child working with Perth and Kinross Social Work Team
