Advocacy Highland provide individual issue-based independent advocacy to people who reside in Highland, and who are subject to treatment under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003, with issues relating to their care and treatment.
This includes individuals with:
- mental ill health
- learning disabilities
- autism spectrum disorder
- dementia
They provide non-instructed independent advocacy to adults.

Advocacy Highland provides free and confidential independent advocacy under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act for people over 16 years old in the Highland Council area.
