Dumfries and Galloway Advocacy Service

Dumfries and Galloway Advocacy Service provide individual issue-based and collective independent advocacy to people aged 18+ who reside in Dumfries and Galloway.

This includes the following:

  • people with mental ill health
  • people with learning disability
  • autistic people
  • unpaid carers
  • young people (18-25)

They specialise in supporting people going through Adult Support and Protection and self-directed support processes as well as Guardianship and 13ZA cases.
